Due to the nature of our business whereby each order is specifically produced for the purchaser, in essence a commissioned order, returns cannot be accepted.
 

If the sculpture ordered is received damaged through the shipping process, we will accept the item back and assess whether we can correct the damage.
 

If the sculpture cannot be corrected, a new casting will commence bearing the same ID Certificate number.
 

The irreparable, damaged sculpture will be destroyed.
